The bad manners received by the Guest is a direct consequence of the presumption of behaving in other people's homes in a manner free from any canon of civil life. The room was ransacked worse than a battlefield. Guests have left the room perpetually with all the lights on, the air conditioner on and even the water tap open. There was no consideration and respect on the part of the guests in question towards their hosts. The supplement was requested because the room was booked as a double and used as a triple. it was enough to ask to use the single bed as well and there would have been no problem or surcharge. The trash in the room was significant. Furthermore, the property is located on the second and top floor of the building, without a lift as indicated in the announcement. however, luggage was also taken to the room by B&B staff.Even the towels are left in a pitiful state. Guests like these are better lost than found.

We are really happy that the “Camera della Natura” and our B&B were to your liking, but, in particular, we are pleased to have created the right, clean and welcoming environment to make you feel at ease.For us, hospitality is essential, as well as attention to the needs of the Guest, so that he can enjoy the beauty of the city of Naples to the fullest.We look forward to seeing you, then, on your next trip to the city of Partenope!In a short time, a few steps from our B&B, the metro stop will be inaugurated so that travel will be even more efficient and faster.In the meantime, we wish you a good life

We are sorry, but for guests who leave the structure at midnight it is not possible to provide breakfast at the affiliated structure being closed at that anger. Alternatively, we opted for a breakfast served in your room with packaged baked goods as required by the ancient COVID 19 legislation.

Dear Mrs. T. L. I do not understand how you can express an opinion on the structure having never stayed at the Sogno di Partenope. On the day of her arrival the Staff was present in the structure but she never showed up and never contacted us. We are sorry, however, for the inconvenience; but it is not attributable to Us.
