Dear Markus, thank you once again for booking with us and for leaving us such a nice and quite impartial review, it is precious for us. I am so sorry that I could not meet you, but I work everyday from 9 am to 10 pm so from Saturday afternoon to Sunday I am often off but always reachable by phone in case of need. Dear Guest, Thank you for being with us, I am so sorry to hear about your review. I would like to remind you that this is not an Hotel and on Sunday the reception is not open, that is also for this reason that you can pay a room at a such special price (€34,00 ) - Your room was ready at 12:00 and not at 11:30 because the guest before you was not able to leave the room in time, and to make a good cleaning we asked you to kindly enter half an hour later. ( Please remind that your reservation was a last minute one) - I personally tasted the Coffe machine the day after and as I wrote you on the message it was perfectly running, unluckily I was not there to show how it works. - Because of the so bad weather ( very, very windy) the TV cable broke and we did our best to immediately replaced it, of course it was a less new one but we could not foresee the breaking of a brand new TV set for reasons not depending from us. - I apologize for the run out of the toilette paper it was an inattention of the house keeper, it may happen especially when you have to make things as faster as you can, but I will tell her to pay much more attention To enter the front door I provide you the key and also an automatic codes to take with you in case of necessity. Luckily the B&B is an building where there are many flats so if you ring any bell and ask for, someone always open the door. - The area is the beating heart of the city a little crowded and multiethnic but close to the historical centre and to the Metro Station.
