Hotel a Naranjo

“All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. It was always nice to come back to a clean room and freshly made bed. The pool was wonderful and relaxing, and the white little kitty cat who decided to post up at the hotel was a delight! Very friendly :3. The shower in our room (rm 11) was a little strange that it didn't have a door. Because of this, water from the shower easily found its way outside the shower area. And the bathroom itself could use more hooks for towels or drying bathing...

“The pool is excellent, and the cleanliness is excellent. Regarding the restaurants, I didn't get a chance to go in because when I tried to enter one, it was already closed. I think it's a bad idea to close the restaurants at 10 pm, since many people like to eat late and there were nowhere to eat because everything was closed. Some of the golf cart drivers who transport guests would see you walking and wouldn't stop to give you a ride.”

“The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed but we had issues with not having water more than once which was outside of management’s control. Apparently it’s not uncommon to have water service issues in the area due to low water pressure. After travels and spending the whole day at the beach we were looking forward to a good shower but there wasn’t enough water even to brush teeth. Staff was responsive via text, however there was nothing they could do.”

“Can't say enough good things about The Surfing Turtle! The room was spotless and spacious. The AC was on point, the staff was friendly and super helpful, the shared terrace is super cute, and not to mention the location is everything. A lovely café across the street, bars, restaurants, and the beach just steps away. I will definitely be returning and staying there again. 10 out of 10!”
