“What a shame it was to waste all the time and money to stay at what was supposed to be a relaxing evening watching the Super Bowl. So we splurged and were very disappointed with all that went down. We arrive to a hot room to which we immediately called and ask for help. After two hours of waiting the manager called and wanted to know if we would be will to stay in the room even though there was no quick fix to the A/C problem. To which we asked to be moved to another, reluctantly she agreed to...

“No ppl put towels on chair early in the morning and never come back so no one can use the chairs and the hotel allows it This place is way over priced for amenities and services available. This place was under construction the whole time we were there, and Expedia never said anything”
