“Il letto della camera era per cosi dire "un asse di legno" nessuna doga o simile sotto al materasso di appena 15 centimetri. L'aria condizionate era rumorosissima e non si poteva spegnere per il troppo caldo. Alla mattina non ti possono offrire niente piu di un caffe a pagamento. Zona comoda e vicino a vari ristoranti.”

“El hotel necesita de un buen mantenimiento. Las partes comunes no estan muy limpias tampoco. El piso donde hay la reception es el segundo. El parqueo esta' a 300 mts no es un problemaso pero cuandos tienes maletas tampoco es muy comodo. En el momento que te dan la targueta para salir del parque tienes que firmar un papel que en el caso te olvides de devolverla ellos tienen el derecho de cobrarte 50 Dolares... 50. No se tratan asi los clientes.”

“La struttura è vecchia e le stanze puzzano di muffa. Il frigorifero era arruginito. Il personale sgradevole Dopo tre reclami mi hanno cambiato la stanza ma erano passati 4 giorni. Purtroppo non si possono allegare foto . La colazione orribile solo prodotti imbustati niente di fresco. ”

“The rooms are super clean and the bed are super comfortable the dining are and the pool are very cool keep in mind that the pool is not a large size pool. Our stay was great and it was within walking distance of a lot of activities. The only downside is the parking lots only holds 5 cars. But that was kind of expected because it’s in a very busy area. The night life is great around the area we loved our stay”

“I love the wave and I am a regular client since 2014 but this time I regret to say the conditions of my room compared to the price asked were not fair at all. the room had a crazy humidity which forced to keep A/C on 24/24... it was not even possible to stand on your feet because of the slippery floor... furniture starts to get creepy because the few years ago renovation was cheap (like the table that was just painted...) ”

“Check in was great. They let us store our luggage until the room was ready. The free shuttle to Old San Juan was convenient. The bartender was great and had recommended a local beer they had on tap and suggested we tour the brewery if we had time. We didn’t order off the menu but we saw a couple having burgers that looked amazing! My daughters purchased muffins that were super good. We at the breakfast and it was good. The pool was nice I liked that they had a little play area for little...

“Everything was great, we have stayed at several doubletree inns before. The only problem that I had was that i left a bag with some facial care products and a souvenir in my room and it dissappeared while we out for the day. Thats a considerable loss. I reported it, but haven't heard back from anyone yet. The bag had my reciept in it also with my info on it. I'm very upset about that. Can someone please look into that for me? Room 2007 from 8/4 to 8/9.”

“Our stay at Ola Boutique was amazing! The staff, the area, the overall look and feel of the hotel were a whole vibe. I cannot state enough how amazing the staff was! Only two things were, even though we paid for “valet parking” one night we got back late after a concert and we did not find any parking spots open. The security guard lady (who was AMAZING) offered us her spot and she parked somewhere else as she was leaving at 5am (this was around 2am). Also, our TV was disconnected when we came...

"Although I’d like to thank Francisco, the supervisor and Irish Perez, the housekeeping , I’m disappointed. I’m a frequent customer of Marriott hotel, I payed 300 euro each night and there is not room service , breakfast is not included , is far from the sea and the swimming pool is a very small place. I have got a room immediately close to the elevator and it was very noise . I booked the hotel just for the week end because I planned a cruise . The first day, when I have arrived, I just asked an information, which services are included in the resort fee. The lady had the “great “ idea to switch to the Spanish language to ask how explain me it… Don’t you know to switch to an other language is misunderstanding ? From the hotel uber it’s very easy to find . "
