“Service at the restaurant (Ajax) and hotel was extremely poor. Tried calling the front desk and housekeeping multiple times and calls were not answered. Would not stay here again.”

“I stay at this hotel often and usually have no complaints. There were a couple of issues this time around. We were given an ADA room although I did not request one, they told me it was an upgrade for the view? Also, when we finished swimming, my wife and my access card did not allow back into our room.”

Il personale dell'hotel è stato estremamente gentile, mi hanno anche fatto il favore enorme di custodire il mio bagaglio per qualche ora dopo il check out! ”

“Albergo comodo, pulito con una bella hall. Camera spaziosa e letto comodissimo. Ottima la qualità della biancheria letto/bagno. Utile la presenza di una piscina e di una palestra veramente ben attrezzata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene. L'unica nota negativa che abbiamo riscontrato è il rumore eccessivo causato dalla doccia del vicino, quando utilizzata. Le camere andrebbero insonorizzate meglio. ”

“The property is well located near the will village at cu boulder . The maintenance is so so and the overall structure is old. The cleaning is the aspect more important. The have carpet ( old one ) everywhere and need a deep cleaning. The air conditioner is noisy and when I reach my room (414 ) was unclean and full of dust!! My first hour in the room I spent to cleaning a spraying Lysol disinfectant. ”

“Wonderful stay! Were there for 10 days and actually extended the trip and extra day due to the cleanliness, convenience, staff, and good breakfast. The Mountain View’s right outside were incredible and it was extremely pet friendly.”

“The property is very good. I was surprised that the parking was not free. I have never encountered a property so situated that charges for parking. Also, my credit card was first billed for above the reserved amount and the adder for incidentials. Also later a second charge was made that even the staff did not understand. The staff was helpful in rosolving both these issues and I paid”
