“The hotel is nice, newly renovated. It’s a bit difficult to find, especially at night. My biggest complaint is that there was never anyone at the front desk. I arrived at 9 PM and waited 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The next morning, when I want to check out, no one was there. When they showed up, they were helpful and nice, but lack of staffing at the desk is problematic.”

“It is a very old Inn so it has a lot of character. Everything is old but well maintained. The restaurant and Tavern both served delicious food at a reasonable price. Staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Staff was great! Very welcoming & willing to help. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable! Only issue was the spout in the bathroom leaked so it driped all day & night & the WIFI signal was weak . Also the handicap parking is far from the front door. But overall, a great stay! Will definitely stay again when visiting family Lowell.”
