“The property was perfect for our short weekend! Close to attractions and a lot of space. The property could have been more clean. They were still cleaning when we arrived. There were stains all over the couch and the upholstered nightstands and still a stain on the floor in front of the toilet from bad aim.
Check in was easy and I did enjoy the overall stay, but felt like I had to clean before I could relax”

“The pool was green, breakfast consisted of dry cereal, stale donuts and waffles. The doors didn’t look like they had seen any cleaner in months, the rim of the sink had a brown film around it and the corners of the bathroom floor had a nasty brown crust, a previous guest’s used towel was left in the bathroom. The staff was rude, my son and his family had to be moved to two different rooms before getting a working A/C.”

“The IRIS was outstanding and booked an additional 2 nights. I was shocked to find out that booking direct with IRIS was cheaper than Expedia... (which just pissed me off!!! Even using my ~$20 OneKeyCash... it would have been cheaper to book direct!) Expedia does not do a good job of informing you that the property has a separate rental agreement and no attended lobby... It is just a big surprise after booking.
So thank you Expedia for finding this place... but you should refund the...

“We booked it on the Expedia app and it was not as the pictures showed. Didn’t check in but looked at the room. It wasn’t what we wanted plus several homeless people were badgering my son in the parking lot while he waited with the truck.The lady at the front desk stated she couldn’t refund the money because it had to come back from Expedia. Rebooked another room a few miles away. Tried calling Expedia and cannot get a return call or a real person on the phone. Called hotel again the next morning...

“Bradley is a great asset for your hotel. We arrived an hour early and we checked in. About an hour later the power went out. Someone hit a transformer and knocked out power everywhere. It did come back on a few hours later and we were able to unlock our room with our keys. Bradley gave me his personal cell phone so I could call and find out when the power came on.”

“Let me start with the positives, the shower doors closed nicely and the hot water and water pressure were great. After that, I can say NOTHING nice about the property. We needed to check in v late because there was an electrical outage at the property. When we finally got to the room, there was only a top sheet on the bed -- no blanket, we called the front desk -- sorry, we can't do anything until the morning -- seriously, yes. But even before this, there was police activity on the property...
