Lux Home Close to Downtown-Sleeps 10

Unwind with your entire family in this serene accommodation. East Hideaway, a three-bedroom modern boho retreat, draws inspiration from the artistic atmosphere of East Nashville, situated in one of the city's trendiest neighborhoods. Only a 5-minute drive to 5 Points and 10 minutes to Broadway!!!

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay.

Nestled just 4 miles away from downtown Broadway, East Hideaway provides easy access to all the attractions East Nashville has to offer, fulfilling every desire of your heart.

Our residence, meticulously constructed and adorned in 2019, was designed with travelers and guests in mind. Whether your visit is for business, leisure, or a blend of both, we're thrilled to open our exquisite space to you. The entire home is at your disposal throughout your stay, and we sincerely hope it becomes a place you'd like to return to soon!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

East Hideaway is situated in a residential neighborhood; we kindly ask that you respect our friends and neighbors throughout your stay.

Everything was fantastic! House was very clean and welcoming, even had decorations up for Xmas. The parking situation was the only issue since we had 7 guests (all drove from out of town) and only 2 parking spaces with nowhere else around the building to park. But overall, would definitely recommend!

Just An Ok Business Stay

My Colleague and I rented this place while in town on business for a week. We both were a little disappointed honestly as we felt the place could have been cleaner. We would also suggest the owner put televisions in all bedrooms instead of just one in the living area because though we were there on business, it would have been nice to be able to watch television while in bed. Another issue we had was the constant train noise. Maybe it wouldn't have been such a big issue if we were there for pleasure as opposed to being there on business but it definitely affected our sleep, which is extremely vital when one must be rested and ready to take on a productive work day.

Beautiful place but

The place was really nice and was in a decent area but it didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. Badly stained carpet and furniture, moldy toilets, hair ball found in bed, pillows covered in hair, and kleenex with hair and dust balled up on the floor. Hand towel was visibly soiled but folded and hung so it wasn’t noticed until I took it down. Washing machine smelled sour, and most of the plants were dead. It was very disappointing considering the listing said that the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between renters. If it had been cleaned, it would have been the perfect place, I would have given it 5 stars.
