I booked Casurina Resort Park, Bhor, Maharashtra for 3 nights as a gift for our 2nd Wedding Anniversary. I was charged for the entire stay. “Good place for a homely stay”

“I needed plates n cold drinks for dinner,having requesting them twice on intercom, but they didn't provide me plates.I had to out to shop for cold drinks n plates.. It was so dissapointing.”

“Breakfast was not available at their hotel. Their boy was getting from outisde and delivering in room. That too options were very limited. ”

“I booked for 8 night, but i stayed only 2 days. Poor housekeeping, smelly pillows, horrible Air conditioning, terible sound during nights, breakfast not satisfied, overall I don't recommend anyone. Waste of money. No swimming, no gym but website looks so good. nothing in real”

“I checked in in the afternoon from international travel . They can’t provide hot water in the evening for bath . They said hot water available only in the morning . I informed them my check out in the morning by 6 am and ensure hot water. And nobody there to ensure hot water availability in the morning before I check out ”

“We were looking for a family friendly stay near to kothrud and came across Raviraj, this was by far the best one. They gave us a bigger room so that kids can have space while we are in the room. Even though we checked in early 10:00am, they welcomed and immediately accommodated us, even accepted the request to serve the brake fast 😊, everyone was so friendly and welcoming in the hotel.
