“This was obviously a very nice, or let’s say above average property when built. However, for a variety of reasons, this hotel is beginning to deteriorate in numerous ways. For my money if I were in this town again I would look for a better option. In Expedia we were told the breakfast was highly rated, we disagree. It’s an average to slightly below average offering. “I would not recommend this hitel”

“Not a lot of options in the area. However, the room smelled of cigarettes, window had a large crack in the glass, no toilet paper was in the room. Looks like it wasn’t even swept or mopped. Hair ties and paper left on the floor before given to us. Pro was they charge 20 bucks for my dog. Though the room smelled better after we stayed vs when we arrived. Non savory ppl hanging around by the doors and windows. Didn’t feel safe as a woman. Thankfully my dog is a good dog and kept watch. They staff...

“Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and everything was in working order. Location was good in that it was right off of 675 which I used frequently.”

“Check in was a nightmare. When we arrived, the person on duty could not log into the computer because her password had expired. We had to wait until she could locate another staff member who needed to be woke up to check us in. We then got assigned to a wrong type of room. We paid extra for a 2 queen bed room and was assigned a king bed room. We got reassigned to another room but discovered upon entering it that it was already occupied by another guest. That was traumatizing for all of us....

“Smoke alarm was beeping low battery late at night. I tried to see if there was a way to turn it off and then the alarm went off even though there was no smoke or fire. I couldn't find any button or way to shut it off. I called the front desk and they were able to get it shut off, then it kept beeping again so they sent someone up to help.”
