“Initial room was not clean. Especially the bathroom. But, staff readily rectified the concern with providing an alternate room option. Otherwise, pleased with the stay and central location.”

“Mirror was broke, blow dryer had sticky substance on it, bath tub bar was missing, something on sheets and water kept dripping in the bathroom. And continental breakfast was packaged choclate chip muffins and an apple or orange. Oh and they told us we do have people staying here they just dont have cars, which freaked us out. We asked if they were open because no cars in parking lot.”

“There were insects in the room, the phone did not work at all to make a call to front desk, the tv did not work, and there were inadequate towels in the room and were not able to get more”
