Piscina condominiale Sunset Island Villas "Island Dream" # 212

'Island Dream' si trova nel tranquillo complesso del Sunset Harbour Villas a metà strada tra la via navigabile costiera e la spiaggia del Golfo del Messico, sulla splendida spiaggia della Navarra. Anche se questa non è una proprietà fronte mare, è solo una breve passeggiata, 1 - 1 1/2 isolato dalla spiaggia. Grande piscina comunitaria e grill a gas per il tuo divertimento.



Il fascino cottage costiero del nostro condominio rende immediatamente la tua casa lontano da casa nel momento in cui si cammina attraverso la porta. La zona giorno ha un divano e due comode sedie dotate di TV a schermo piatto da 32 pollici e lettore DVD. L'ampia cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per preparare pasti completi o piccoli snack. La camera da letto offre un letto king size, una TV a schermo piatto da 24 pollici e un lettore DVD e un bagno privato con vasca / doccia. I letti a castello offrono un comodo spazio per dormire per bambini o adulti in un'alcova del corridoio. Un secondo bagno fuori dalla hall è a vostra disposizione. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano nell'unità per il vostro uso.

Fermati e prendi la spesa prima di attraversare il ponte sull'isola e non avrai più bisogno di salire in macchina mentre sei qui, o, se preferisci, puoi provare alcuni degli eccellenti ristoranti della zona. Shopping, golf, golf golf, parchi acquatici, The Zoo, The Gulfarium, Naval Air Station sono tutti facilmente raggiungibili in auto. Il Navarre Beach offre un ristorante e un bar (con campi da beach volley) sulla baia, un ristorante sulla spiaggia e un ristorante all'aperto molto informale sul molo più lungo del panhandle che si estende nel Golfo del Messico.

Perfect for family of 4

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very convenient to the pool, and the sound was a short walk with a great beach area for the kids. There were a couple of public beach access areas close by but too far for us to lug our beach stuff so we ended up driving. If we stayed here again would strongly consider renting one of the golf carts up the street for easier transportation. The unit was clean and well stocked for our needs. The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately the cable tv in living room was spotty and we were not able to use it. The TV did have netflix and we were able to sign into our account to watch. Other than that everything was great and would definitely recommend!

Mostly A Good Stay

First off, very nice place that was clean, comfortable and good location. Why I probably wouldn't stay here again - 1) we flew in from out of town for a wedding so brought only our clothes. We stay at VRBOs and AirBs because there is a kitchen and we like to cook basic meals for breakfast and lunch and go out for dinner. We were mystified that the kitchen had no basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, oil, cooking spray, ketchup or aluminum foil (for grilling), first rental we have had with nearly bare kitchen. It cost us $$$ to buy these items to cook only for them to be tossed out when we left - kinda silly when the owner could provide these, keep on site and spread the cost out over 10 renters. Id suggest charging a couple dollars more a night and provide these inexpensive items to make it easier. 2) Both my wife and my allergies went crazy when we were in Florida and it was worse the minute we walked into the townhome with itchy runny eyes & nose. We weren't there long enough to be certain of the cause so maybe others can add comments if they experience the same and find a connection. 3) my wife has long thick hair and discovered the blow dryer only worked on cool and on low setting this making it useless. 4) also discovered while getting ready to touch up wrinkles jn dress the iron does not work properly, no steam so attended in wrinkles dress. 5) getting ready to leave read check out info that instructed us to wash and dry the towels before leaving.

This condo is a great location. Located a little ways from the pier and restaurants but very close to the local beach and condo pool. It has all you need for a great stay at the beach.

Enjoyable stay

The condo was clean with a fully equipped kitchen, and walking distance to the Sound and the Gulf. Very peaceful area and everything was in good working condition. We would like to come again.

Fit our needs nicely

Overall, this condo was nice, comfy, and quiet. It was within a short walk to the beach, but plenty of parking if you didn't want to walk. The kitchen looked well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Nice water pressure in showers. My only suggestion is for extra pillows for those like me that like to use more than one. I would stay here again.

Fantastic unit! Perfectly appointed, king sized bed, nice linens and quilts, quite and off the main drag. Easy drive to anywhere, nice pool with outdoor shower, short walk to the beach, lots of smart touches (lots of hooks and racks, lots of beach stuff and hangers, outlets and extention cords, soaps, good toilet paper, soap, etc.) Cozy properties and attentive office staff. Perfect for a couple, grandma and grandkids, families (sleeps 6 comfortably). Well designed space and a roomy kitchen. Tons of dishes and powerful ac. Fans in all rooms. We will book again!

Great value - very close to the beach!

This is a great property that is far enough from The Gulf that the price is low, but the beach is a very short 5 minute walk. The area was very quiet and the best part, you can take a sunset stroll on the sound side and get one of the best shows I have ever seen! The until is updated and clean. The kitchen was stocked very well, especially for a rental. The only negative thing I can say is the patio chairs need replacing, as they are very wobbly and seem dangerous.

Quiet and clean

The condo was a nice stay for us. We were not in the condo much as we were in Florida playing sports for the week, but it was nice and clean and served our needs well. The check-in process was easy and the keypad on the door made it so simple to come and go as we needed. The close beach access was also nice and it was very quiet.

Great long weekend getaway condo

Great location with a quiet peaceful feel. Only steps to the pool and a small bay view. To cold for swimming but would have been great with warmer weather. We enjoyed the short walk to the ocean. Beach was beautiful. Condo was very clean, decorated nicely with comfortable bed and cozy bedding. We would stay again!

Great place

This was our first visit to Navarre. The condo was great. it was clean and had what we needed. Close to pool and not far to sound side. Also close to beach. Navarre beach is beautiful but it does not have lots of “other” things to do. Don’t worry tho it’s not far to go find go carts or shopping.

Whirlwind wedding weekend

My husband and I came down for our son's wedding. It was a busy weekend and it was great knowing we had a relaxing place to come "home" to after each day. And to start with a beautiful coffee and walk on the beach each morning was a great way to set our day. The condo was lovely, super clean and spacious - having everything we needed.
