“Rated 4 stars based on the following: The room, we had a swim out suite, is definitely 5 star as is the resort staff. The gym and hydrotherapy were also 5 star. My wife had a 3 star experience at the spa - mine was 4 star. Where things broke down was in the food department and the party culture. “The management are always on site”

“The property was empty. No other guests. We left snorkel gear by the pool, and it was stolen. The receptionist made no attempt to even ask anyone about it when we told her. Service is non-existent. No paper in the washrooms. No one cleans dirty dishes by the pool. Host in the restaurant lying down while talking to guests, no attempt at any service. The food was good (after having to wait for an hour). Reception closes at certain hours without any warning (where the pool towels are). ...

“Staff was couteous, always smiling, very polite and friendly very willing to go extra mile to make sure all your needs was taken care of and you"re comfortable. Food was amazing, food truck idea is not unnecessary and tacky prefer a outside Jerk, pork and burger outdoor grill station.”
