“Overall, the resort has potential, but it falls well short of the five-star experience it's advertised to be. The property is nice, but better signage is needed as it's not always easy to find your way around. Our stay got off to a rough start. The first morning there was no water for about 30 minutes. “La Giamaica è stata purtroppo ormai rovinata dal turismo di massa americano che richiede grandi e brutti resort di cemento tutti attaccati sulla spiaggia e divertimento consumistico e caotico, ma sempre da resort all inclusive. L'unica parte di negril che è ancora fuori da queste logiche è quella della scogliera, dove appunto è lo Xtabi e altre strutture esteticamente ecologiche come il Rockhouse e il Catch the Falling Star.
