“The staff was very welcoming, and the entire facility was clean. There wasn’t one item out of place. The personal text messages and follow ups were a nice touch as well. The hotel is centrally located to Worcester, allowing me to make my way around very easily.”

“I have stayed at many different hotels, and I must say this was the quickest room ever, staff was friendly, breakfast was ok, not many options. Location is convenient, would stay at this hotel again.”

“The directions for the tv stopped short on how to use the remote once the tv was turned on, We have a different cable provider at home and the remote was different. ”

“Breakfast was fresh and had some good options, however protein was limited to hard-boiled eggs and yogurt. The room was very clean, quiet (aside from the loud fan/air conditioner), and comfortable. The entryway and stairway were under construction, which was a bit ugly and disruptive, however there was no work going on during the visit.”

“It's getting close to the end of my travel assignment here in Worcester. But I leave with one thing in mind: Holiday Inn was a great place to stay while working here. Thank you for all your great service!”
