Hotel a New Castle Northwest

“The property was clean and quiet. The location is excellent and very near to food, gas, and shopping. The only property concerns I would address are the the room curtains and breakfast items and variety. The room curtains were not well fitted to the windows and let in a lot of light from the parking lot lights at night and sunlight first thing in the morning. During a two night stay the breakfast was the same both days and really needs to include some type of protein besides hard boiled eggs....

“For the limited time we stayed there, it was okay. When we went to check in the first time, we had to ring a bell three times and still no one came to help us. We ended up leaving and coming back later to check in. The bathroom towel rack and shower pole were rusted and the towels had stains on them. The breakfast that was included was very limited. “Pet friendly, very clean, nice staff. Hotel in great shape and close to GC Outlet Mall. I would stay there again. Pool and hot tub a bonus that we used every day of our 5 night stay.”
