Hotel vicino a New Hope Valley Railway - New Hill

“I couldn’t check in until 7:30 in the evening. Tried to originally check in at 5 but rooms weren’t ready. Staff told me to just try back later and their was nothing they could do.”

“Room was clean. Desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms have a kitchen. Isolated but stores with in easy car ride. They do take dogs and one dog whined all night but other than that? Nice hotel”

“The staff at check in was very friendly. The hotel itself is dated and worn. There is nothing in the rooms- just the bare very bare minimum. Not even tissues. It was fairly clean but there was definitely a stale smell in the room that I had to spray Lysol to reduce. There is a kitchen with a full fridge- no pots pans dishes. No coffee pot…Not a cup or anything. Then at 5 am the building fire alarm went off- smoked filled the building and we were evacuated while the fire department checked...

“spesso utilizzo la catena holliday inn ma sempre e solo in italia. e' stata la prima volta all'estero e in USA, e devo dire che sono soddisfattissimo. tutto li e' stato perfetto e oltre alle me note positive sopra segnate vorrei aggiungere che il personale, tutto, e' stato d una gentilezza unica, se dovessi tornare scegliere lo stesso albergo. grazie”

“Quirky but good. There was no carpeting in the room and no carpeting means no sound insulation, so we could hear EVERYTHING in rooms above and below us. The mattresses were older inner springs so they were a little creeky but okay. Overall, it was a decent stay, very nice area and close to restaurants and shopping. ”
