When we arrived, we found a used diaper in the bathroom, which was very disturbing and made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. Shortly after getting into bed, both my husband and I experienced itching and redness, likely an allergic reaction to the bedding. “We only stayed 1 night for a quick birthday staycation. Everything was great, the girl who checks us in was very friendly, the room was very clean but the only complaint I have was the pillows were God awful. They had no support to them whatsoever. Your head completely sinks into them. If you like super plush soft pillows, that wouldn’t be an issue.
