Questa è una camera da letto molto spaziosa 6 e 4. 5 bagni.
La casa è più di 3000 metri quadrati di spazio versatile 3 vivente, 6 camere da letto private, due cucine separate. Se si dispone di un gruppo di grandi dimensioni si prega di informarsi per l'appartamento 2 camere da letto appartamento al piano di sopra. La casa contiene 2 unità che possono essere affittate in combinazione o separatamente.

Il piano interrato al primo piano è stato completamente rinnovato con un moderno piano spazioso e pulito. Dispone di 3 camere da letto e 2. 5 bagni e cucina completamente attrezzata.

Il secondo piano ha 9 piedi. soffitti a piedi in tutto e pavimenti in legno ha 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni ha una vasca / doccia, la cucina è completamente attrezzata ha una stufa, forno, microonde, tostapane, caffettiera e un frigorifero. C'è anche mini split zoned Ac e Heat, Wifi gratuito, una TV da 48 'nella Family Room e 1 Smart Tv nella prima camera da letto con Direct Tv With e la seconda camera ha un Chromecast Tv.

Definately had plenty of room

This place easily accomodated our group of 8. The two living spaces were nice; especially for our teenagers in the group. A homeless man approached us sitting on the porch and asked for cigarettes and food. Were approached by numerous people when out by our cars. The noise of the upstairs family was a bit much at times. The kids ran up and down the stairs and in and out the door. Don't stay here if you are looking for peace and quiet. No paper towels or rags/sponges to wash dishes. Dishes were very well stocked. Not having a dishwasher made for lots of dishwashing.

Ok Property, sketchy neighborhood

Home is big, but needs maintenance. Floors, mirrors, walls all in need of repair. Entire street was undergoing maintenance and you can only access the property by going the wrong way down a one way street. It is a 3 story family home. Property is the bottom 2 floors with the family living above. Kids ... Owner was nice enough and the property worked for a few days stay. Neighborhood was sketchy at night.

Boys trip

Me and my friends stayed here for a few days while we were in town for an event at the expo center. The house was really cool on the inside. There was plenty of space for everyone and so many places to sleep. We got some complimentary coffee and stuff left for us and there was more than enough amenities to go around. 4 and a half bathrooms was a major upside to this property as well. My only complaints would be 1. The air conditioning units were a bit old and some of them did not work very well. Especially the one in the downstairs living room. 2. This house also has a group of people who stay on the third floor. Access to entry ways are separate so we never had to worry about them being in our space or vise versa however the walls and floors are pretty thin so we could hear them and their kids throughout the day. The people above us were never very disruptive especially at night but during the daytime hours it could get a little noisy. 3. The street is almost completely torn up. This was the one part of my experience that I really didn’t like. Throughout the weekend we had to have our Uber drivers drop us off at the beginning of the street and we would need to walk to the house because the road was closed the entire time we were there.

Amazing Hidden Gem

20th Wedding Anniversary & Marine Retirement Celebration after 31+ years!!

We rented this house for the celebration of our 20th wedding anniversary and the retirement festivities of our besties after 31.5yrs in the Marine Corps. We had 10 adults staying in this house and it was awesome! The landlord/owner was amazing and even with the City of New Orleans ripping up the roads in front of house, we had an amazing time here! Low country boil after the retirement ceremony with drinks and great friends & family made this an unforgettable place!! If we ever come back to New Orleans this will be our first choice to stay at - just plain STUPENDOUS!! FIVE STARS across the board!!!

Felicia the owner was great. We needed a larger home because we had 4 couples staying there. However the property is in a sketchy area. We could see improvement of the neighborhood but many Uber drivers let us know the area was known for crime. We did not have any issues but probably would not have stayed there if we had understood the area. It is a quick Uber drive to the French Quarter. The is public transportation close but we chose to use Uber. Once again, I want to stress that Felicia was great and very accommodating.

Family Christmas in New Orleans

We came to celebrate Christmas as a family in New Orleans. It was our first Christmas without our Mother/Grandmother. This home allowed almost of us to be under one roof as we cooked and played games and danced. We felt very comfortable and the hostess was most gracious. Birthday fun

This was the best birthday trip ever... The house was nice and spacious. We put on a porch talant show with the neighbors and that was really cool. The owner was right upstairs a nd was so cool and never bothered us and wasn't the least bit noisy. It was like she wasnt there at all unless we needed her.

The best host

She was very nice greeted us in person upon arrival, made us feel comfortable. She even sent us places to get the best food in the area. Pictures of this home does not do it justice, very beautiful.
