“La struttura è datata ma il personale è davvero disponibile. La stanza è ampia e silenziosa, cambio asciugamani quotidiano. Serve un’auto per arrivare in città. “Se decidete di pernottare qui che non sia per più di una notte, visto che puliscono le camere solo quando si lascia il motel. Le stanze sono anche comode, con tv, frigorifero, microonde, ma hanno cattivo odore, credo per via della moquette vecchia e non pulita. La colazione lascia a desiderare, la seconda mattina non era presente il pane per i toast, si sono giustificati dicendo che alternavano con i croissant. Gli ho chiesto se loro riuscivano a mangiare le uova con i croissant. ”

“When I arrived, the young lady had my room keys and paperwork ready for me to complete. In less than 5 mins, I was in my room. Nice place. May be time for some new furniture but for the price, it’s great. We had a 2 burner stove, microwave and fridge. It was perfect for what we needed.”

“The hotel is a bit older, so there are some things to be aware of. The pool is not heated so it's very cold so you probably won't be doing a lot of swimming. The water tanks aren't very big so for those people who like to take long showers this is not the hotel for you. But on the plus side the location is absolutely perfect it's very close to Frenchman Street and the French market and getting around is very easy because the streetcar stops right there at the end of the line and you're right...

“We stayed In room 212 from 7/03/2025-7/06/2025 for the 4th of July weekend the staff was friendly and helpful with our first time to New Orleans the hotel was nice but for the price we paid it could have been better even on the holiday weekend our room unit the fridge didn’t stay closed and it wouldn’t hold temperature at all and was off level and the stove top only heated in the center so it wouldn’t get the pan to hot and the A/C unit wouldn’t keep the room cool in the day time.”

“This is a magnificent place to stay in New Orleans. I stayed here one for a wedding and since then I don’t look anywhere else for a room if the Frenchmen is available. There’s not much to the place except nice old rooms at a great location. The rooms can feel a bit bare and some fixtures are old but that’s part of the charm for us. Excellent pool and hot tub. Highly recommend. ”

Historic building in the heart of the French Quarter one block from the Jazz Museum. Pretty patio with small pool. Secured parking in lot with locked gate for $45, standard price in NOLA. Very warm and helpful staff. No bar or restaurant, but good morning coffee. Small fridge in room. I would def stay again. ”
