“Beautiful setting and pet friendly.”

“Everything was super clean. The coffee bar was an added bonus. I will definitely recommend this place and plan to book it again next year”

“The room wasn’t really clean (floor and chair). The beds appeared to be fresh and comfortable. Breakfast was a sweet and salty bar, donuts, or apple. Drinks were apple juice or orange juice, and coffee. The young man at the service desk was very polite and helpful. Overall not the worst place to stay.”

“To poor customers service in morning breakfast mostly items are out or not available also wi-fi service was extremely slow when we call customer service they said might be some one be there in next day to look not recommended to stay with kids to get breakfast also kids can’t see anything on their iPad due to slow internet”

I got a second room, it was cleaner but the fridge defrosted overnight, so I woke up to water on the floor of the room. “Let me say the front desk lady was phenomenal! When we arrived, she showed us the where the Tiki Bar (breakfast bar and snacks) were. She showed us the pool, gave us a tour of the place and was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were spotless! We will be staying here again. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!”

“For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...
