Siamo arrivati e non ostante avevamo prenotato e pagato, in anticipo; non c’erano le camere e siamo dovuti andare via e pagare un altro hotel, espero solo expedia ci rimborse i soldi.

After reading several reviews and after already booking my 1 week stay I was nervous to stay here. However when I arrived to my room I was pleasantly surprised that it was alot better than what I expected. Bed sheets were of a really good quality, pillows very comfortable, never an issue with hot water in the shower, toilets ran perfectly all week. They even offer a light breakfast each morning. The area is extremely convenient if you need the subway (4 min walk) or the bus stop which is right outside the hotel. The neighbourhood itself is extremely safe and you can walk safely at anytime of day or night. It is in the heart of chinatown. I stayed for a week with my husband and 4 year old child, it is not going to be like a Hilton property but we stayed for 6 nights without any issues at all. Our room was also cleaned every single day

Parking is a Nightmare around here unfortunately, the bed is uncomfortable room has no hangers or ironing boards, no coffee in the room no fridge, and the hair dryer overheats when you use it after a certain period of time and shuts off till it’s cools down which was super annoying. I should’ve read the details and amenities more thoroughly. Prob won’t be coming back to this establishment

The hotel served the exact purpose I needed it for and for that I give it 4 stars. Not for being a 4 star hotel but because it was perfect for my needs. My only complaint really is the toilets. Don’t come here if your stomach is even the slightest bit off because the toilets don’t flush very well.

Property it self was quiet and the surrounding area was ok. The room itself was very out fated and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke probably interhrated in the outdated rugs and furniture. Was hardly able to sleep well due to this stench.

Very simple and affordable for NY-flushing. Asian run hotel, don’t expect Anything fancy. Most people won’t like it. Me and my girlfriend stay here because, close to LaGuardia Airport and in the heart of Chinatown. Again, this is a Very Basic hotel, Nothing fancy.

It was clean and sanitary! Happy with the room I got! What I didn't like was the staff the person at the desk was a little confused and unsure when I was leaving. And when I booked the room it was for two people I only needed it for one the original room I had booked was gone I was very unhappy about that!! But that's the on the Expedia site The hotel was just fine for me!

The building 🏢 and decorations very old..like the time ⌚ never passed, They also gave me a room with burned out light bulbs and the bathroom didn't even have a plastic curtain, I had to ask for a room change and the one at the front desk was very unpleasant🤢😡

The hotel itself was sketchy but the room was clean. The key card did not work the first 2 days. Someone had to escort us to our room. The door to our room did not shut flush, it looked like it had been kicked in. There was masking tape holding it together. Overall it did the trick for sleeping but we will never return.
