This was in a great location for seeing broadway shows, Central Park, and shopping.
It was in pretty good shape (slightly broken toilet seat and a stain on the couch, but nothing terrible). Beds were comfortable.
The lobby is on a higher floor, which was slightly inconvenient, as the elevators were busy all of the time. In addition, there was a lobby event happening one night of our stay, so there was a long line for the elevator, and we ended up needing to take a service elevator to get up. Unfortunately, the bar and lobby were closed during this time, but we had not been informed in advance.
This hotel was still good value for the money, and I would likely consider staying again.
