“Room was clean and nice enough. However, all of the fitness room equipment was out of order. Cable on TV didn’t work for first two days. Hotel policy is to not do daily room cleaning and needs to be specifically requested. Was not aware of that when booking. Overall hotel could use some updating like new hallways carpeting or other aesthetics etc.”

“Room was very clean and house was beautiful. GREAT location for going to downtown Newport/Mansions/Cliff walk/etc. Bed: mattress comfortable but wooden bed VERY squeaky. Loud squeaks woke you up every time you shifted position TV: could not get any local stations. Not a huge deal for us at all, but may be for others Electrical outlets: lamp on right-side of bed was not even plugged in bc there's no outlet. Understand that this is an older house, but having places to charge...

“Property is a great location and the room was amazing. Only comments I had was when we checked in there was a half coffee left in the room that we threw out. Additionally, for the price there should be eggs and breakfast sausage or something for the breakfast. There were catering pans set up but nothing in them when we got there at the 7 am breakfast time. The coffee was not set up either as we had to go to the lobby for it. I’m generally not that picky but for the price of this hotel one would...

“The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely cooperative and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and having coffee available 24/7 was very much appreciated. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. The property is also conveniently located just 9 minutes drive from downtown Newport, with plenty of food options nearby. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.”

“The staff was amazing and Paul was absolutely so amazing from when we walked through the door welcoming us and seeing if the kids wanted any fruit. We had a suite and the guest before us was a global customer and extended their stay, so we didn't get in our room on time, but once that customer left they had our room cleaned and ready for us in no time.
