“Hotel is in a nice location, close to public transportation to downtown Boston. Low rating is due to the terrible conditions of the structure: very dirty, lot of dust in the room, shared bathroom was awful, carpet in the room was extremely dirty. Honestly, ai am used to camping and not super sensitive about having a super clean room but this one was way too much.”

“charged for parking which I was not aware would be done. Literally can't park anywhere else, basically rob you of another twenty bucks.”

Segnalato l’accaduto a più dipendenti, compreso il manager, nessuno ha manifestato sorpresa e preso provvedimenti. Solo scuse di circostanza senza alcuna compensazione. Avendo la camera al piano terra il topo circolava vicino alla zona della colazione. Scarsa la pulizia e non funzionava neanche la piscina. Pessimo! Strano che sia un Hilton…”

“The website states you have an indoor pool yet when we arrive, we find it is shut down for service. Very disappointing!!! Also, the thermostat would not allow the heat to rise above 67 degrees. I was so cold, I had to pull the covers (including the extra blanket) over my head to stay warm!!!”

“Felt safe saying alone with my daughter. Was close to a lot of places we had to visit in Boston. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cleaning available upon request as we stayed a week. Fridge in room saved us money and time. There was a microwave available in the lobby for travelers use. Amazing value for cost. ”

Buona colazione assortita a buffet. Bevande calde disponibili h24. Fermata metro/tram e supermercato molto vicini. ”
