The cleanliness is excellent, as the breakfast. Very poor the sofa beds, uncomfortable when used as beds. We tried two of them in two different rooms to find out that was not a problem of a single sofa bed, but the result of a poor choice: all the rooms had the same uncomfortable sofa beds. Very good check in by Angelo. The position is very good, near the Maid of the Mist and the American Falls

The location is great for walking to American Falls or to goat Island to see Horseshoe Falls. The included breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff was very personable and professional.

Hotel exceeded expectations! Was a short walk to so many shops, waterfall, food, and much more. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again!

The hotel is great, people at the front desk is kind and respectful. But Harmony, the bar tender is misplaced, her attitude is terrible, the only word I can use is nasty. Hopefully the hotel train her in customer service, emotional intelligence and specially values as respect.

Amazingly close to Niagra State Park. Everything is within walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful with directions and helpful ideas to better enjoy our time here. The pool was WARM! So nice. Breakfast was better than a restaurant! I also love the later check out time, so nice not to have to rush out the door.

Fantastic stay! Thank you April and Angelo for going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We will be back for next year’s dance competition because the staff are just wonderful. The place is newly renovated, modern, free coffee/tea/water all day long, microwave and plastic wear available if you need to bring your own food, decent complimentary breakfast. A perfect hotel for dance competitions.

Overall good property and conveniently located near the tourist attractions on the Niagara Falls. No toiletries in the room except shampoo. No grocery shopping near the property.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was great! It was very comfortable, clean, and had a modern feel. The hotel was great with its outdoor patio on the roof and 24/7 fresh coffee station. The ONLY downside was that there was no microwave in the room.

Free disabled parking much appreciated. Eclipse roof party was a blast. Only reason for <5 stars was the y drinkable coffee - had to walk across to the Wyndham and buy a coffee there

We could not park and unload our bags because there were no open spaces, but there was a Tesla parked in one of the loading / unloading spots for the duration of our stay. I had to call for towels multiple times throughout our stay. Every time we went to the indoor pool, there were no clean towels and piles of dirty towels throughout the pool area. There were also dogs in the pool area. I knew it was a pet friendly hotel which was fine, but I didn’t expect dogs in the pool area.

Stayed for a night and it was not all it cracked out to be. It was hair everywhere -the couch, and bathroom. The bathroom had hair on the floor inside the shower and the sink. The shower got stopped up, water wouldn't drain. Yuck!! I called they sent someone and it was fixed in a matter of 15 mins. No I will not stay here again. At night I was hearing noises as if someone was trying to get inside the room. The chain rattling sound and doorknob swisting. It had me up all night. No, I didn't call them to tell them because it was 4 am and I didn't sleep the rest of the night. My wife was uneased. They do have security roaming the halls which I thought was a bit odd. I won't stay here again.

Front desk ladies were very patient and knowledgeable with my hundred questions. Lacking in cleanliness but the front desk took care of issues. We would stay again. Very close to Maid of Mist. My son loved the vr arcade right across the street.

Overall, the staff was friendly and professional. The hotel needs some upgrades. There was no microwave oven in the room. No water in the refrigerator. Although, we did request room service during our stay, no one vacuumed the room. They did replace the toilet paper amd towels as beeded. Otherwise, there no other daily cleaning in the room.
