Come enjoy a relaxing vacation in this immaculate home with incredible waterfront views of Bluewater Bay. Start your day with coffee on the large deck watching the sun slowly rising over the water. Situated directly on the coveted Rocky Bayou with a private dock; it is the perfect place to fish, toss a crab trap, swim, kayak, or hop in your boat and head over to Crab Island for a day of fun. This home offers stunning water views from the master bedroom, master bathroom, living room, loft, dining room, and kitchen. It will not disappoint! Bluewater Bay is a quieter area with less congestion and traffic, yet you have the convenience of being only 20 minutes away from Destin and a 15-minute boat ride to Crab Island and Harborwalk Village. Come see and feel the magic of the bay! The neighborhood is a walker's paradise with shaded sidewalks throughout the charming community.

Lovely relaxing stay for a peaceful family weekend

The property is really quaint. There are some stairs so be aware but nothing unreasonable for able adults. Loveless views and a quaint morning coffee/reading nook. Check in/out was hassle-free.

Nice view

Great location but poor mattresses in both bedrooms. Master bath had very poor lighting and NO safety bars to aid in climbing in deep tub. Didn’t read in discription that the townhome had multiple staircases (4).

Home away from home

We cannot say enough about the unit in Niceville right on the bayou that we stayed in, hosted by Rose & Curtis. On arrival, everything was spotless and extremely well provisioned with the best supplies. The unit was roomy and so nicely laid out with great views and excellent outdoor space. There was a generous supply of towels, soap, etc. Both Rose and Curtis were beyond responsive to any queries. So friendly and so accomondating. If still available, we'd love to stay there again.

Incredible location and view

We fell in love this place immediately. Great layout for a townhouse and beautiful views of the water. A nice reading nook to enjoy your coffee in the morning. Plenty of space for 6 people and awesome location, centrally located for Niceville and very close to Destin abd Harbor Walk.
