Hotel a Nicollet

“Un hotel nello standard americano con camere molto pulite, televisione enorme e letti decisamente comodi. Offre una bella piscina con un idromassaggio grande e bello caldo, una coin laundry. Piacevole ”

“Staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel is very clean and you can see they take a lot of pride in it.”

“The rooms were nice, although the beds were too soft for me. The common areas were nice and comfortable. The kids used the pool and enjoyed it. Breakfast was decent. Unfortunately the TVs did not work properly. Overall a good stay!”

“David the manager was very helpful. He gave me a discount on expedia stay because of a loud guest next door. Unfortunately expedia overroad his discount and charged my card the full amount.”

“Bedding and pillows did not feel clean and were not comfortable. Bathroom tub was not draining the water and was all clogged up. Room overall condition was very poor. Carpet felt dirty and to be honest was scared to put my feet down on the floor. Did not feel clean overall and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent place to stay. Staff was very nice which is the only plus.”

“About as good as the photos show. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. There were some bugs (doors are exterior so to be expected, I guess?), but no bed bugs. Sheets seemed clean. There was a spider and web over one bed. Queen beds (2) were each up against a wall or window on one side, so small. Everything was very old and smelled old. We think the paint on the outside is new. The woman who runs the motel is very sweet and we can tell she’s trying hard. Making updates where she can....

“The property was so clean and the breakfast staff and maids were always wiping things down. The check-in ladies were great and very helpful. The only downfall was you had to book two nights online and they price was very high because of activities in town. I was very surprised that so many rooms were empty. I think because they made you book two nights and really high for small town.”

“The towels were frayed on the edges. No bathrobes & sleepers were provided. The soap was microscopic. Note one soap for 2 persons, amazing. Two hair dryers in the bath room, for what? May be the prier client did forget his. You could use as an alternative liquid soap but despite the instruction to squeeze softly, however, I was not working easily. No shower cap, I had to go down to the reception’s desk to ask for one. I was informed that you needed to ask for them. They are not systematically...

“It was a great, spacious room for relaxing over the weekend. The upkeep needs a little refinement: the sink and toilet needed some scrubbing and the sheets, while clean, looked a little shady. The waffle-maker seemed to be inoperable during our stay. Everything was sufficient as far as residing there went: the AC was powerful, and we were grateful to have a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker in our room. The staff were perfectly friendly. I'd come back here anytime.”

“Room very clean. Soap in tub needed to be filled and when I asked about he immediately filled it. 3rd time in last 3 years I have stayed here. Breakfast has lots of good options. It was very nice. Thank you.”

“There was no pool or exercise room like was stated on the site. Breakfast was pretty much gone when I got down there. The staff stood out by the front door smoking.”
