“Great experience. The building is quaint, cozy, with a unique design and interior decoration. Beautiful dining area and bar. The room (ground floor), was spacious and with a lovely art deco interior. Very nice shower with good water pressure, nice choice of shower gels and other amenities. “Vicino al ponte sul fiume, potrete raggiungere il centro storico in un attimo e vedere cosi' il Duomo e le Shambles, ovvero l'antico mercato. York non mantiene gli aspetti medievali che promette ma potrete vedere la sua principale attrazione, cioe' il suo forte ricollegabile ai Vikinghi e alla storia degli York in genere. Tutto questo a due passi dall'albergo”

“The staff were courteous on arrival and gave us a tour of the beautiful building before showing us to our room. The house and surrounding environment were superb. The room was comfortable and clean albeit a little too warm at night. Our breakfast was tasty and varied served by a very polite young lady. We enjoyed our brief stay very much and would recommend it to others. ”

“The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. Access was easy using the door enrty codes provided. Wifi was good and easy to log onto. The Guest house was also vey quiet, with no disturbances. I used the breakfast room before I left, and ate granola, greek yoghurt and blueberries with a Coffee latte. These were dispensed from a vending machine, but were fresh and tasted lovely. Bowls, mugs and cuttlery were available. The staff I met were also friendly and chatty. I would highly recommend...
