“The condominium complex is very nice. The view from the patio, relaxing in the chairs was our favorite part. The condo was pretty clean, but the bathroom has seen better days. My biggest issue with the place was the bed, it was very uncomfortable and the futon couch in the living room wasn’t comfortable and had some issues. If they updated the bed and the couch, it would be a much better place to stay.”

“So fun and so great. Short drive from Safeway and prices aren’t so bad if you give them your phone number at checkout and apparently that’s all it takes to get “member” pricing. The bed in the bedroom by the door was miserably hard and no pillow top either. All the other beds were great. The loft was so fun for our 7 year old. Windows everywhere and such a great view no matter which way you look. We did encounter a pretty big bear while trying to throw away the rest of our trash but he was busy...

“Great townhouse condo in Kings beach. 2 min drive to beach and 10 mins to Northstar. The place is large and has all the details you look for in a rental. This place was great for our family of 6. The older boys stayed in the loft and the two large bedrooms downstairs were great. Would stay again. Easy access to rhe condo from parking. ”

“Perfect location right next to the beach, many shops & restaurants within walking distance. There is good size area to hang out right by pool and play area. Rooms were clean and ours had a kitchenette. Overall a good place to stay, we will definitely return.”

“Very nice property, only negative was the hot tub was green, so we were not able to enjoy it. Staff were very friendly and accomedating.”
