“The hotel itself was nice, but the check‑in experience was unacceptable. I was given my room more than two hours after the official check‑in time, despite repeatedly asking for updates. I arrived around 12:00 PM, and by 3:00 PM I normally receive my room at any hotel. Instead, I was told over and over that my room “wasn’t ready,” even as I watched other guests receive their keys without delay. At 4:00 PM, the front desk agent reminded me that “check‑in is at 4:00,” to which I had to point out...

“2 nights no room cleaned nor advised up front that they don’t clean every day. Breakfast could use a lil more work besides bagels and cereal. The place wasn’t run down it was average.”

“The room was clean. The gentleman at the front was very friendly. Only downside was literally waiting 30 minutes to take a shower because that’s how long it took for the hot water. ”

“This hotel was exceptional. The staff was pleasant and kind from the front desk to the kitchen to the maid staff. May not be fancy or upscale, but very clean. Beds and furniture was very comfortable. Breakfast has a lot of choices and very good.”
