“Ok”

“Upon arrival my room was clean & the temp was very comfortable. The staff was helpful on check in. However on checkout the person helping was a maintenance worker who didn’t know how to change my payment form. Breakfast was ok. It was what was expected from a complimentary buffet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.”

“Great stay! Tatiana at the Front Desk is most helpful and always with a smile! The young lady who prepared breakfast was a doll! Plenty of food and always kept area clean and tidy. Pool was fun for the kiddos!”

“Every time I stay with them my stay gets better. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I stay with them. I'm in town at least 4 times a year for at least 4 tonight each time. Very nice place to relax. I give them a 10 . The rooms are clean the breakfast is great.”

“I didn’t like the fact that there were no updated tv in our room….when I reported a problem to the staff they did nothing to replace it. I didn’t like that the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep, And there was one elevator working the whole time I was there!!!”

“Clean room staff was so friendly and helpful.”

“The gentleman /waiter at Breakfast was exceptional with our grandchildren & adults who were grieving due to family funeral. Food was good.”

“It was a beautiful hotel with the glass museum and had wonderful historic reminders. The room was spacious and so comfortable. Plus it's within walking distance of so much to see. Loved the stay!”
