“The hotel was very clean but I can express the gentleman at the front desk was amazing . He was friendly and helping everyone!!!! I saw him multiple times through out our 2 day stay. He was a huge part of our stay.”

“Third party (like Expedia) still have pictures and list features of this hotel that have not been there since 2024. It advertises as a waterpark, despite not being such since 2024. I was charged/paid $280 per night for what I thought would have included a waterpark. Since there was no waterpark, this location should have cost no more than $170, especially considering it is horribly outdated (last remodel was in 2002), moldy smell in the rooms, improperly/inconsistently cleaned, filthy, poor...

“I am giving it such low stars because I was charged first when making reservations through Expedia but then was charged again when I checked into the hotel which I was told was a deposit and would be given back at check out but I have yet to receive it back and when I called, they directed me to call Expedia which I also did and nobody has fixed the issue.”
