“Parking was secured. Rooms were great people at the front desk was wonderful. I will be going back again.”

“Wonderful place to stay. Parking was kind of tight and you do pay $10 to park and they hold $50 for deposit which was no biggie. Biggest issue breakfast buffet cost $16 and that was kind of steap. Never paid for hotel breakfast. I'd much rather have the option to spend more money for the jet skis and other attractions that were a plus for me.”

“The hotel did not match the photos online. We were expecting and booked a beautiful hotel with a balcony and beach access. We arrived to a room that was disgusting. The AC unit was falling out of the wall. The shower was rusted and cracked. I have a baby and did not feel comfortable putting them down in the room. “The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty ”

I was told to "hold on, while I ask my manager what to do" so the "manager" came over and told her to "rei-instate" the reservation. I was charged MORE for something that was not my fault. I tried to explain that that is not the price that I booked online. she didn't have anything to say about it. I also was not aware that I had to pay almost $20 A DAY for parking! “Our ac kept switching on its own to heat so we had to keep getting up to fix it bc it got hot.They offered to switch us to another room but being that we were 6 people and to have to switch all our stuff was a no for me.The pool seemed as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months maybe even years and we heard from another visitor that it hadn’t been that way when they last visited over a yr and half before.Staff was great but I honestly wouldn’t stay there again”

We had to wait for the guy on the counter to cook them, no orange juice, they forgot to put it on, it was frozen and said we had to wayit 25 minutes to thaw out. Overall it was a 2 star hotel”

Was confused by the room thermostat and the window A/C as to what controlled what, my sister had an adjoining room and her AC worked well because she only had the thermostat on the wall. Other than that the area was great, plenty of food options and easily accessible to the highway. Would def stay here again”

Unfortunately, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke as soon as I walked in. The front desk clerk was kind and offered air freshener since there were no other rooms available.
