“Stayed for 3 nights, such a cute place, well appointed, great communication from owner, beds/pillows so comfortable! ”

“We were visiting family in nearby Brandon. The space was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was set up with breakfast items and fridge had eggs, bread, milk, water, and basic condiments. The piano was a treat and allowed me to work on some preparation for a concert in the coming week. David is a very attentive host and the story behind the place is fascinating. ”

“My in-laws were in town for a week and this was the perfect place for them. Easily accessible entrance and bathroom. The house is clean and very comfortable. They had a great time. Thank you!”

“Our family had a wonderful week at Camp Happy! Everything we needed was there. Outside, we spent the days using the SUPs, kayaks, Lily Pad float. We relaxed on the deck for countless hours, along with the other lounging areas. There was ample room at the docks for our boat rental and fishing. I do want to note that if old, the many steps from the house are steep. My 83 year old mom managed them fine, but we usually helped her. She really loved sitting up on the deck overseeing the activities...

Everything we could have needed was available on the property, it was very clean and comfortable, and the hostess was great at communicating details ahead of time. “ Great property!! Very nice place everything you need you can find in this home from cookware to glassware, baking needs.. i was reading lot's of reviews about this property and was worried , poor wifi, low water pressure.. i had none of those problems with 7 people total in the home.. Only thing i could say is this mattresses can use an upgrade .. but I'd definitely come back again especially in The summer.. this place must be amazing!! In the winter 4 by 4 is a must have...
