“Staff could be a little bit more pleasant. Food was below average except for Sugar Cane. The day of check out, we had 4 group of staff members that came to our door started from 8:30 to 10 reminding us that check out is at 12. Which to us was unnecessary since we knew that we were supposed to leave anyway. We had dirty glasses that stayed in our room for 2 days. It was so bad that ants was all over it. For a place that been open for only 5 years, they need to do better.”

“We had an amazing vacation at Grand Palladium in Lucea, Jamaica! The all-inclusive experience was excellent, with a delicious variety of food and very clean, comfortable rooms. Our grandchildren had an awesome time in the children’s pool, and the music and atmosphere at the adults-only pool were fantastic.
