“The property is simple great! The rooms all have balconies and very clean. The beautiful crystal clear warm ocean, white sand, delicious food, wonderful staff that always there to help with anything you need, the natural vibe of the place AND the sunset OMG - I loved it! Small, calm resort - I’ve been to several all-inclusive resorts on the island, I definitely prefer Cocolapalm. Already planning my next trip there.”

“Hotel was great. Our only complaint is with tropic tours which is who the hotel directs you to for transfer to and from the airport. They do not tell you that it is a shared shuttled that goes to multiple resorts and makes you wait for an hour for other passengers before it even leaves the airport. We flew 2 hours to get there then spent 4 hours sitting on a bus which cut in to our already short weekend getaway. “Las dueñas del hotel son muy simpáticas y cercanas. Hice mi reserva a las 10pm para la misma noche y me aceptaron sin problema. El hotel está un pelín lejos del centro pero la dueña nos acercó en coche las veces que necesitamos. Pude disfrutar de su piscina!!”

“This is a phenomenal property, it is maintained, staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant's food is AMAZING, the curried goat portions were much small and we were disappointed especially because it was so good. This is definitely a property we will be visiting again”
