“The late check in of 4pm and room was still not ready, the concierge did comp us wolf pack package for this, however when room was ready gave us a standard room and we had paid for a premium suite, the lodge had over booked so we were not able to change rooms. Food was overpriced, games are very used and not spread out enough to accommodate all the patrons. The pool and slides saved this trip for us, although at peak times it was very crowded but the swim staff kept it fun.”

“Hot water was not hot and took a very long time to get warm and our door (room 206) was so squeaky loud-needs some WD-40. Otherwise I would have given everything five stars!”

“The breakfast was different each day and delicious. We had a problem with our tv and maintenance took care of it immediately. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the location was great, near major attractions, food and shopping. We would definitely stay there again!”
