“The little apartment was even better than described. Kelley was communicative, friendly, and kind. She made sure we had everything we needed and welcomed our dogs. It was cozy, comfortable, and warm (especially as it snowed while we were there.) This was our first experience staying somewhere other than a hotel and because of Kelley and how she took care of us, we will do it again--and definitely stay here again. Thank you Kelley!! :-)”

“Tons of wildlife, private cabin, relaxing and peaceful”

“We stayed for a USAFA event. It is a bit far from USAFA compared to some other locations, but never took more than 30 mins to make the drive (it was a weekend so rush hour not a factor). The owner made personal contact (not a faceless big company property), and showed interest in our comfort/enjoyment. What more can you ask of a host? ”

“They held a $100 deposit for smoke damage incase you smoke. This was not disclosed. We don’t smoke so it should not be an issue for us. Locals get charged a 250$ deposit. Evidently locals are notorious smokers. ”

“Great place for some piece and quiet. Very quaint with easy access to all of the things, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and the Royal Gorge. We will be back! Oh the coffee selections were incredible!!!”
