“The staff was helpful. I won't be back to this hotel. The comforter was worn, the shower was stained, and the sheets had hairs on them.”

“Staff was absolutely amazing!! We had a very frustrating situation with another booking with another hotel and it was late and I vented my situation to the front staff. She was very supportive, listened to my concerns and helped calmed me down. I truly appreciated it. It turned out to be a better night just having someone to vent to. ”
