“Our stay here was comfortable and the location was great in terms of being central to north and south Colorado Springs. The staff were helpful, the view was beautiful, and the room was clean. Our only complaint is that the bedding was SUPER scratchy. For such a nice hotel, we expected soft sheets but they were legitimately hard. That alone will deter me from staying there again. Such a bummer!”
