“Comfortable beds”

“I was frustrated to hear about the parking fees at check-in, not when booking. Also, I prefer a paper receipt with charges listed at check out. I was refused and told an email would be issued which hasn't yet arrived, 3 days later. Charges have been billed but no statement explaining them.”

“Average hotel, the personnel is very friendly but the rooms are a bit noisy (a/c and highway). 10 minutes by car from downtown but without the car not much is available.”

“There had been a room fire before we arrived and the windows were all boarded up on one side of the motel. Ice machine was broken. There was coffee thermoses in the for morning complimentary coffee but the lobby doors were always locked. There was no mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave in our room. “The room was very clean and the bed / linens were very comfy. We opted for the room with the balcony so we could have a view of the mountains. It wasn’t a direct view , but more off to the right - still beautiful ! It had a large bathroom with shampoo , conditioner , lotion, body wash , hair dryer , etc. The refrigerator in the room was nice along with the big couch and desk / sitting area. “Hands down the best experience with hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. These folks seem to love their job and the people they work with. The friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. It was a great stay because of the staff alone but then add a clean, comfy room and great breakfast. It was 10/10. Management is doing great.”
