“La colazione molto difficile. Poche cose e pochissimo spazio (due tavolini per tanta gente). In camera condizionatore molto rumoroso. Difficilissimo dormire, ma non si poteva spegnere per il caldo e l'impossibilità di aprire le finestre. Insomma pagato poco avuto pochissimo”

“I would never stay in this hotel ever again. The place was dirty, they don’t have any non smoking room. I was switched over to a different room because the first room had cigarette ashes on top of the Ac. No iron to iron my clothes, place was dirty, the lady working the front is not friendly at all. Will not recommend this place to any one. Book at your own risk! The pillows had hairs as well.”

“The neighborhood was filthy and disgusting, as was the lobby. This is a motel in a seedy part of North Hollywood. Nowhere near Burbank Airport. How they have the audacity to call it Best Western Burbank Airport Inn is beyond me. There were people smoking in the parking lot, homeless people wandering through the lobby, and the area rug in the lobby was stained and filthy. The “receptionist” was nice enough to cancel my reservation after I called Expedia and told them there was no way I was going...
