Appartamenti a North Knoxville

“The apartment is a convenient distance to downtown Knoxville. Grocery store, gas station and pharmacy are also all close by. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay again.”

“The location was walking distance to campus and the restaurants on Cumberland Avenue. We were there for a campus tour and it was a great way to get a feel for the off-campus housing experience. The apartment was perfect! Great use of space. It had EVERYTHING that we needed.”

“I have nothing bad to say about this place. The whole experience was just wonderful ”

“This is a great little studio apartment in a walkable, fun area. It is perfect for couples or singles. The host is responsive and friendly when you have a question. We would stay there again without hesitation.”

“This was WAY better than staying at a hotel. Super cute, super clean, and you have access to everything you need. The hosts are very responsive. The downtown scene is definitely 'close', but at a little over 2 miles, you have to decide if that's walkable. Kudos to Knoxville that the parking garages downtown are only 1 per hour until 6pm! The only thing to be aware of is that, since you are on the bottom level of a home, you will hear sound from above. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!!”

“Couldn’t get in to unit, wrong code sent directions where not clarified. Another unit was lock out for the night.”

“great place to stay. loved it.”
