“We were only in town for one night, but this property was so fun, everything was perfect everything was there that we needed. Extremely clean. Also close to everything downtown restaurants bars etc. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.”

“Great location for UT campus. Cute and cozy apartment. Wonderful communication from owner. Will definitely stay again. One thing to note is that the upstairs unit controls the AC so it can get cold downstairs (pack accordingly) but there are individual units in the bedrooms”

“The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. ”

It had everything we needed! We walked everywhere and took in all the history of Knoxville. We drove to Meads Quarry 3 miles away for a day of fun in the sun. Saw the sights on a sunset cruise down the river. I highly recommend visiting and the staying at the Loft. ”

“This was a lovely and convenient place to stay for visiting UTK. We were there for orientation and getting to campus was so easy….about a 5 minute walk to the student center. The parking was a major bonus. We were there when school was off so parking was ample. I am not sure about during the school year. Chick-fil-a and Chipotle were just down the block so teenagers will love this place. The only drawback is some road noise from the street out front. Buses and trucks go by pretty early in...
