Hotel a North Knoxville

“This hotel is what it is. The rooms are updated and the beds are very comfortable. The outside of the hotel is somewhat dated, as well as the lobby area. The “breakfast” was cereal, granola bars and mini muffins. This was a great place to take a road trip break and sleep. ”

“The breakfast was excellent, and there was a nice, spacious seating area. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was the shower pressure was low and the water was lukewarm at best. If you love a hot shower with good water pressure at a hotel, this will be a disappointment.”

“Good hotel and excellent breakfast”

“Nice convenient location. Deign and layout of the property very nice. I was not able to connect to their Internet and the staff could not assist. I have been able to connect to the Internet in two other hotels and a public library during this multi-week road trip.”

“Hotel was worn down- needed repairs, elevator seems like it was going to breakdown everytime we were on it. There was never a staff person at the front desk everytime we went in and out.”

“Friendly staff”

“The staff were friendly and helpful and the ac was easy to manage. Breakfast was a bit light.”

“Am awakened at 2;30 am by someone opening my door. They scream not expecting me in the room. Then a few minutes later the Indian manager is banging on my door and is yelling about me being in the room that I rented. He has his mouth full of some thing and is impossible to understand. He keeps yelling until I get my phone and show my check in info. He comments something about an Iphone and leaves.”

“Did not eat breakfast, and parking was ok.”

“Unfortunately, staff was rude and not helpful.....only stayed 1 night and I am having difficulty getting refund for 3 nights....and the 100 dollar deposit.....”

“This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”

“Good location, and mostly adequate for a short stay. The drainpipe underneath the sink was not actually connected to the sink, so it spilled on the floor when faucet was higher volume. Key stopped working in morning and when I approached housekeeping they were pretty rude. Refrigerator was very loud at times. ”

“Clean, convenient, great price. Great little free breakfast from 6:39 to 9:30. Remember to call the hotel when your flight arrives to get them to send the shuttle. Bed was comfy! But the elevators were broken so I had to lug my suitcase up two flights of stairs. The room’s drapes are fake so the bright parking lot floodlight shone through the window a bit all night. You can hear some road noise and I think a smoke alarm battery was beeping periodically. Ruby Tuesdays is next door but otherwise...
