Hotel a North Knoxville

“Lots of parking. Easy on/off from I-75. No microwave in the room but there is one to use in lobby. Very nice staff. Noisy at night due to proximity to highway. Water pressure in shower good but water did not really get hot. Breakfast adequate - cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, muffins, regular milk and oat milk (for those with dairy allergies - nice !), orange and apple juice. No hot food like waffles or anything. Enough to get you on the road though. Easy check in/out. Felt safe. Good...

“Parking was easy. Check in was okay. Rooms and beds are comfortable. AC was a little intense when on. Sink is in entry, seperate from bathroom. Hallway carpet needs replacing. Breakfast is available for $7.95 each. It was decent. Overall I would stay again for a short overnight while traveling.”

“I found friendly staff and a clean room I stayed one night going north and then a night on my return trip one of the towels in bathroom when unfolded had a long black hair stock to it and the bath towels are super small wasn’t looking for a breakfast but feel they shouldn’t advertise what they did offer as some travelers book a room with free breakfast because of time and $ constraints front desk Girl was super pleasant when I checked in same girl both times ”

“My room was comfortable and spacious. I appreciate the kitchenette area. The front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. My bathroom sink wasn't draining, so I called the desk, and someone came up within about 5 minutes to fix it. I had a bit of a problem falling asleep because the a/c unit had a continuous clicking sort of sound when it was off the cycle. It was very distracting. I was disappointed in the breakfast selections. Breakfast is advertised as being from 6-9am, but when I went...

“I found a bed bug on my pillow when I arrived. I told the front desk, said I wanted to cancel and get a refund, and found another place to stay. I was yelled at, made out to be liar, and refused my money back by the owner even after I provided proof (a picture and geotag). Expedia finally gave me my money back, but the hotel owner and staff still haven’t taken responsibility for the incident. I’m truly appalled, not even by the bed bug, but by the way I was treated.”

“Great stay! An older motel-style property, but well maintained and VERY clean. Deluxe rooms have kitchenette with full sized fridge, 2 TVs, clean bathroom, and comfortable beds. As stated, very clean. Located close to many fast food chains, restaurants, and shopping. Well lit parking in front of rooms. For a small operation, they had an excellent, little breakfast -- real scrambled eggs, biscuits & white, meatless gravy, waffle station, fresh fruit, yogurt, instant oatmeal, coffee, juice, milk....
