“This is a terrible place to stay. We stayed there for 2 nights and the second morning we found a live GERMAN COCKROACH! We took it to the front desk and showed them and the lady at the front desk was immediately questioning us on how it got there. We had to go buy large trash bags to bag all of our belongings so we didn’t get roaches in our house. We tried contacting the manger via email and the front desk tried contacting her. We have received no response from the manager at all or any type of...

“Great customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon.”

“A nice variety for breakfast from waffles to a cheese omelet, Fresh fruit, pastries and cereals. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Their indoor pool was warm and sparkling.”

“Main lobby definitely needs some work done. Ceiling tiles were about to bust from water damage especially right over where the breakfast are was. It had a strange smell walking in to go check in and out. The pool was not blue.. it was green. In the room, walking in it looked nice. The toilet had a stain in the bottom that looked kind of like blood the didn’t go away after flushing. The sink and shower didn’t have much water pressure. Overall it was a good stay. “Room was dirty found condoms under bed and got charged my Expedia and by the motel. So I spent 150$ for 1 night unless Expedia will refund my charge.”
