“Did not have breakfast. One of my party was running marathon so just needed toast - which they could supply but it would cost £25 (the full price of breakfast) Can the rules not be bend sometimes?????”

“Super close to Paddington station. Like at many hotels in the same area, noisy floors and thin walls are not the best for business travelers. Check in is 100% online even if you are phisically there in front of the receptionist/manager and could not complete the check in online. Like in many London hotels, Reaching some rooms is like going thorough a labyrinth with ultra narrow corridors. Nice decor, good for young generations, perhaps not ideal for business travelers.”
