“Al check-in tutto il sistema in blocco, no wi-fi, no chiavi magnetiche per aprire porte, ogni ospite doveva essere accompagnato in camera dal personale dell'albergo. La normalità è tornata il pomeriggio del giorno dopo. Mi sarei aspettato un minimo di risarcimento, anche solo simbolico con un drink o una colazione, nulla, nemmeno scuse formali per il disguido”

“Average hotel but few things: the lights in the room required to be lit singularly everywhere to get some light, very strange to not get them on in the evening after the entrance. Few extra steps required to access the floor of our room after the elevator, not tragic but strange and annoying when carrying heavy luggage. Recommended to use always the privacy card on the door to avoid the cleaning personnel entering your room at 9:00am, even the day of check out. No water bottle available in the...
