“The hotel quality was average, with a nice swimming pool and very good room cleaning service. On the downsides, the hotel has no laundry and we were particularly unlucky as our neighbors did run an apparently very entertaining (for them..) night party from 1030pm till 2am. That is not a fault of the hotel obviously, nevertheless we asked the reception for support at about midnight and if any action was taken, it had no effect on the party…”

“Piaciuta silenziosità e posizione, a qualche centinaio di metri dalla metro. Pessimo il servizio. Ho soggiornato 3 giorni. Il secondo giorno non hanno cambiato asciugamani e pulito stanza. Il terzo giorno ho chiesto alla reception di ripulire la stanza e cambiare asciugamani. Hanno risposto, nessun problema. “I've been staying at this hotel since 2016. I love the location, the cleanliness. They've done some upgrades! It's always quiet and comfortable. I miss the complimentary beverage they used to have at the front desk. 1 year was apple cider and it was probably the best apple cider I ever had. :) This place is always my first recommendation for anyone thinking to visit, especially if you're thinking of visiting the Salem events in October. ”
