“The check in procedure is the most difficult I have ever seen, we needed to find a door to get into a lockbox and retrieve a key, then find another door to get into a building where the apartment is located. I needed to have someone help me do all of this and made several calls to the company that controls all of this. It was too difficult for us just to get into the apartment. Once we got in we found that the toilet is partially broken, the flush mechanism needs to be repaired, and the toilet...
