“Front desk and cleaning staff were quite helpful, however, the property itself needs better maintenance and some renovations. For example, in the room were breakfast serve, the coaches were dirty. The room doors are wood made, very noisy and you can hear the opening and closing all night and old TV cable and very few outlets for power. Beds were clean”

“Breakfast is great, they don’t have room service. I’m disappointed with the cleaning because the housekeeper came in but didn’t sweep the floor. For the parking is good but it’s scary because every customer has to lock the wheel so they don’t steal your car. The staff are great at the reception great welcome, after that everything is good, good location. I think it’s a reference for everyone coming to Quebec.”
