Guest house a North Side

“Perfect ”

“The hotel has nice facilities, clean rooms, and helpful staff. Unfortunately, it is by far the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The property is located right next to a highway, and the windows provide virtually no sound insulation. The constant traffic noise made it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. I could barely sleep all night. Despite the positive aspects, the poor soundproofing completely ruined my stay. Overall, a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to...

“This is a really neat hotel and we especially enjoyed the history. However, it was very, very, warm in our room.”

“Had an amazing time. BEAUTIFUL room, and everything was so so clean and lovely!! Felt very safe as well and free parking was awesome.”

“Great location. Breakfast was very good. Lots to do in the area within walking distance. Hotel was clean, beds were comfy and staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely staff here again.”

“Hotel situato a 5 minuti dal centro, parcheggio comodo.la nostra suite era spaziosa con angolo cottura e zona salotto dotata di tutto il necessario. Colazione varia e buona. Nel nostro piano c'era anche una lavanderia a gettoni economica e molto comoda.Non mi è piaciuta la piscina, il locale era freddo e l'acqua aveva troppo cloro.”

“Buona struttura, molto barocca x i nostri gusti. Ma ottima la posizione ”

“We really liked our top floor apartment that was up in the treetops. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony. Our only issue was that several items had not been restocked by the cleaner. The host was very responsive and brought them over the next day. Be aware that there are steep steps up to the top apartment.”

“The house was very cool place - lots of interesting touches, very clean and had everything we needed. The host was so easy to communicate with and provided very clear instructions, which was very important regarding the parking. The location was also perfect - easy walking distance to PNC Park, the River Trail and other landmarks. We would definitely stay here again and are already looking forward to our next visit!!”

“Great location! Close proximity to the city, but secluded in the mountain. Great place to stay for a series at PNC park.”

“Stayed three nights in July. Prompt communication, check in and check out. Great location with bars, restaurants, and walking distance to downtown area, stadiums, or cheap uber rides to anywhere else of interest. Area can “seem” sketchy if arriving at night, but was perfectly safe to walk around even at midnight. Parking was readily available and convenient. Will stay here again.”

“Good area, very walkable to Steelers game! We arrived and didn’t have the check in code, but host was communicative and able to help quick! 5/5 would recommend!”

“Great apartment with good size living room and bedrooms. Easy walk to ballpark and several good restaurants and bars. Nice touch with coffee available.”

“My daughter and son in-law enjoyed their stay. They said people need to know there are steps up to the apartment. Chad was very nice to work with.”
